My background in all things commercial design and advertising has shaped me to think critically and past the surface, making every decision intentional. We had the pleasure having Ariz Tiong contributing to the 24 team as a Digital Designer from October 2014 - March 2015.

Ariz’s role included directing and producing creative work across the whole business – both internally (to help launch and provide assets for our new brand) and with our client base. He effectively worked across our whole design spectrum – creating wireframes, designing user experiences and interfaces (UX/UI) and providing creative direction.

With a great ability to take a brief and transform it into a better-than-expected result, Ariz effectively collaborated across the business – working closely with Clients, Developers, Account Managers and Management.

Attributed to Ariz’s success at 24 Digital, was developing his outstanding attention to detail and willingness to go outside, above and beyond the brief, whilst always referencing and drawing inspiration from current design trends, patterns and practices.

We had the pleasure of having Ariz Tiong intern with us for about three months in his final year at RMIT Advertising.

During that time we threw Ariz into a lot of projects. And each and every one of them he attacked confidently and with a lot of energy. We saw his skills get better each day he was with us and in the end he was confidently laying out pages and showing consideration of the hierarchy of the communication.

Another strong point we saw when he was with us was his ability to speak his mind and articulate his ideas.
